6,188 Fans Walked Up to an AI Mirror. Here’s What Happened Next.
Spring AI’s GLAS™ AI Mirror is turning fans into cinematic sports icons at the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Dallas Fan Festival — and the data tells the story better than anything else.

DALLAS, TX — Eight days into the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Fan Festival in Dallas, Spring AI has something most tech companies only talk about: proof. Over 6,000 fans have stepped in front of Spring AI’s GLAS™ AI Mirror at the Fan Festival grounds, chosen a look, and walked away with a photorealistic AI portrait of themselves living their own World Cup moment — mid-kick, flag raised, face painted, riding a Texas Longhorn. The experience is free to the fan. Instant. And it is broadcasting live onto the big screens at the festival for all of Dallas to see.
Spring AI, a Dallas-born, woman-owned AI company and proud Dallas Host City Supporter, deployed three GLAS™ AI Mirror units across the Fan Festival on June 9: one in the VIP Pavilion indoor space, and two units inside the North Texas Sports Foundation tent in the sponsor activation area — alongside FC Dallas and Choctaw Casino. The activation runs through July 19, with more FIFA matches still to be played in Dallas and thousands more fans expected to arrive.
BY THE NUMBERS
The Data After 8 Days of Activation
| 6,188 Total fan sessions | 542 Email leads captured | 8.8% Lead capture rate |
An 8.8% email lead capture rate — at a free, walk-up fan activation — is not a vanity metric. It means nearly one in ten fans who interacted with a GLAS™ mirror voluntarily gave Spring AI their contact information. In experiential marketing, that number typically sits below 2%. The GLAS™ platform is generating permission-based fan data at more than four times the industry benchmark.
WHAT FANS ARE CHOOSING
USA, Mexico, Argentina — and a Texas Longhorn

The AI look data tells a story about who is showing up at the Dallas Fan Festival and what they want to feel.
The top ten most-used looks across 8 days of activation:
| Ranking | AI Look | Uses | % of Total |
| 1 | USA Jersey — Dramatic Kick | 429 | 6.9% |
| 2 | Mexico — Face Paint | 409 | 6.6% |
| 3 | Mid-Air Goalkeeper Save | 391 | 6.3% |
| 4 | Mexico Flag — Stadium | 367 | 5.9% |
| 5 | Riding a Texas Longhorn | 362 | 5.9% |
| 6 | Face Paint — USA | 313 | 5.1% |
| 7 | Horse Riding | 307 | 5.0% |
| 8 | Capital & Confidence | 269 | 4.3% |
| 9 | Argentina Jersey — Dramatic Kick | 243 | 3.9% |
| 10 | Dallas Cowboys — Championship Catch | 200 | 3.2% |
USA and Mexico dominate the top ten — reflecting Dallas’s location and the passionate binational fan base that has made this city one of the loudest venues of the tournament. Argentina follows closely, riding the energy of the defending World Cup champions. And sitting at #5 with 362 uses: Riding a Texas Longhorn — a Dallas-specific look that proves fans don’t just want to celebrate their country at this event. They want to celebrate the city they’re in.
The Dallas Cowboys – Championship Catch look at #14 with 200 uses confirms the same instinct. Fans arriving in Dallas for the World Cup are absorbing Dallas itself — and Spring AI built the looks to match that energy.
“The fans are telling us exactly what they want to feel. They want to be the hero of the game. They want their country’s colors on them. And they want a piece of Dallas to take home. We built every look to give them that — and the data is showing us it’s working.”

26 DAYS STILL TO GO
More Matches. More Fans. More Moments.
The Spring AI activation at the FWC Dallas Fan Festival runs through July 19, 2025. Dallas still has FIFA World Cup 2026™ matches ahead — meaning the fan volume at the festival is only growing. New AI portrait looks are being released match-day to match-day, giving fans a reason to return every time they visit the grounds. Every new session adds to the lead database. Every new portrait adds to the live gallery. Every new look adds to the performance data that Spring AI’s clients and partners can see in real time on the GLAS™ analytics dashboard.
At 773 fan sessions per day average over the first 8 days, the projection through July 19 puts total fan sessions well above 25,000 — making this the largest single activation deployment in Spring AI’s history, and one of the most data-rich fan engagement activations at any FIFA World Cup host city event globally.
