Spring AI's GLAS™ AI Mirror — commissioned by the North Texas Sports Foundation — transformed thousands of fans into cinematic AI portraits at the FIFA Fan Festival™ Dallas, then broadcast every one of them onto the giant LED soccer ball, digital billboards, and main screens throughout Fair Park.

DALLAS, TX — At the FIFA World Cup 2026™, Dallas didn't just host the world. It gave every fan in the room their own moment on the world stage. For 34 days at the FIFA Fan Festival™ Dallas at Fair Park, fans from 48 nations stepped in front of a GLAS™ AI Mirror — and walked away as the athlete, the icon, the legend they came to this city to celebrate. In 10 seconds flat. Then watched themselves appear on the biggest screen at the festival.
Spring AI, a Dallas-born, woman-owned AI company and proud Dallas Host City Supporter, was commissioned by the North Texas Sports Foundation to power the fan experience at the festival — deploying three GLAS™ AI Mirror units across the Pavilion VIP lounge and the Foundation's sponsor activation tent in the heart of the festival grounds. What set this activation apart wasn't just the portraits. It was where they went next.
Spring AI's team custom-built a live portrait broadcast system that pushed every AI-generated image directly to the Fan Festival's iconic LED soccer ball display at the center of Fair Park, to the giant digital billboards throughout the venue, and to a dedicated slideshow gallery displayed on the festival's main screens during non-match windows. A fan created their portrait in the tent. Moments later, they were on the big screen — photorealistic, cinematic, larger than life — in front of thousands of people from around the world.
What made Spring AI's activation unlike anything else at the Fan Festival wasn't the mirror alone. It was the pipeline behind it.
Spring AI's engineering team custom-built a live portrait broadcast system integrated directly with the Fan Festival's display infrastructure. Every portrait generated at a GLAS™ mirror fed into a live gallery that appeared on the Fan Festival's iconic LED soccer ball display — the centerpiece of Fair Park — and on the giant digital billboards throughout the venue. During non-match windows, Spring AI's dedicated slideshow gallery filled the festival's main screens: a rolling, ever-growing collection of fan portraits from every nation, every look, every moment of the 34-day tournament.
A family from Mexico stepped up to the mirror in the North Texas Sports Foundation tent. Within moments, they were watching themselves — wearing the green jersey, mid-kick under stadium lights — on the same screens that broadcast the World Cup to thousands of fans outside. That is not a photo booth. That is a broadcast platform built for the world's biggest stage.

At the FIFA Fan Festival™ Dallas, two of the world's biggest brands brought their own activations. Coca-Cola offered real face paint and plain mirrors. Lenovo offered a 3D digital avatar experience. Spring AI offered something neither of them could: a 32-inch 4K AI mirror that transformed fans into photorealistic, cinematic portraits of themselves — wearing their country's jersey, mid-kick under stadium lights, waving their flag in front of a roaring crowd — and delivered it to their phone in 10 seconds. Not a cartoon. Not a costume. A portrait so vivid and personal they posted it before they left the tent.

The same fans transformed into the Dramatic Kick look — photorealistic, cinematic, and on their phone before they walked away.
At the same tent where thousands of fans created their GLAS™ portraits, the North Texas Sports Foundation was gathering petition signatures to bring the FIFA Women's World Cup to Dallas. The energy in that space — fans from Mexico, Argentina, USA, and dozens of nations all in one place, laughing, competing, representing — made the case better than any campaign ever could. Dallas doesn't just host the world. Dallas makes the world feel at home.
The AI look performance data tells the story of who came to Dallas and what they wanted to feel. Mexico claimed the #1 spot — reflecting the extraordinary binational energy that made Dallas one of the loudest host cities in the tournament. USA and Argentina followed closely. And sitting at #5 with thousands of uses:
